I'm worn out and am posting the same message here and on FB.
Things calmed down-- for one day. FIL got out of the hospital yesterday, Amber went to her checkup today, was fine for an hour or so, then her entire incision came open. After a CT scan and chest x-rays to rule out pneumonia since she was having pain in her sides, the doctors found that she had an infection inside and they can't close up her incision now. That's some scary shit right there, and she's being kept for several days at the hospital, on IV antibiotics, with her wound open so it can drain. Dr said they won't be able to re-suture later either, so a very long time to heal and no picking Elijah up for months. As for Charlie, she can have the baby up there if another adult is there, too, so I'll be sleeping at the hospital most nights starting tomorrow. And, I probably won't be on much anywhere as we'll be taking care of Elijah and Charlie at times.

Amber's health - Very scary.
Since this will take time I wish her a slow and steady recovery.
You are going to be busy and worn out for awhile so try to get as much rest as you can when you can.
Writing - Contracted has first dibs on any time but blog can survive for a time on short updates now and then. Might give you time time plan out a few storylines in your head for future use so a notepad might be useful to jot down your thoughts.

Holy hell Bailey! Sending Amber prayers and happy thoughts, poor thing. Y'all are in for a long, rough ride...but if anyone can handle it y'all can. I know what it is like to have one bad thing after another keep happening, but Charlie is healthy and your family is strong....
OMG!! Poor Amber, You guys must have been feakin out. Let her know your fans are thinking of her. Hope you can get some rest, you don't want to get sick.
